I see a pattern of layoffs. I think it is a good competitive idea.

  1. they should measure the percent of not effective workers
  2. they announce layoffs with the desired percent
  3. layoff,
  4. repeat.
  5. if intel does this many times. I predict intel will end up with all good workers of its area.
