intel employs a large percent of workers of its area.
I see a pattern of layoffs. I think it is a good competitive idea.
- they should measure the percent of not effective workers
- they announce layoffs with the desired percent
- layoff,
- repeat.
- if intel does this many times. I predict intel will end up with all good workers of its area.
